Automatic ginger slicing machine successfully sold to Tanzania

The client for this project is located in Tanzania and is engaged in food processing. He purchased the automatic ginger slicing machine primarily to slice fresh ginger for drying and packaging. Previously, He relied mainly on manual slicing, which was inefficient. Therefore, the client planned to introduce two ginger slicers for stable daily processing.

Customer’s core needs

During our initial discussions, we learned that the customer had the following requirements for the ginger cutting machine:

• The automatic ginger slicing machine requires a 230V / 50Hz single-phase power supply, allowing for easy connection to existing power sources.
• The slicing thickness is uniform, meeting the specifications required for dried ginger processing.
• The equipment operates stably, has a compact structure, and is suitable for long-term use.
• The materials used in the ginger slicing machine must comply with food safety standards.

Our solution

Based on the customer’s needs, we recommended our automatic ginger slicing machine. The features of this machine are as follows:

Successfully delivered

After confirming the voltage configuration and the number of units required, we completed the production and testing of two automatic ginger slicing machines as requested.

The equipment was shipped to Tanzania by sea. Two ginger slicer machines have been successfully delivered to the customer and are now in operation.
