运行姜片机前需要了解的事项

1. 在水平面操作设备前，确保设备放置平稳可靠；确保插头良好接触，无松动，无水迹。
2. 检查旋转筒或输送带等异物，必须清除，以免损坏工具。
3. 操作和调节时，根据蔬菜品种选择切割方式，硬蔬菜采用离心切片机，软叶菜或良好薄膜的块状切割采用垂直刀片；
4. 安装垂直刀后，先调节偏心旋转和刀架到死点，然后将刀架抬高1-2mm，使垂直刀与传送带接触，拉紧刀架，固定垂直刀上的螺母。如果转塔升高较小，可能会出现切碎器；如果升高过大，可能会切断输送带。    

如何维护姜片机？

1. 清洗与食品接触的工具或配件时，用户应先用干布擦干。

2. 工具的轴需要用食用油润滑。

3. 当工具生锈时，可以用油石去除并打磨。

4. 用户应每六个月加注一次变速箱油，每季度润滑一次机器的轴承、链条、齿轮等传动部件。
