A Bulgarian customer purchased a 400 kg/h garlic bulb separator

In July, a Bulgarian client ordered our garlic bulb separator machine for use in local garlic processing operations. With a processing capacity of 400kg/h, the machine rapidly separates whole garlic bulbs into individual cloves. The machine has now been manufactured and is ready for shipment to Bulgaria.

Understand customer needs

Prior to purchase, the client focused primarily on the following aspects:

Processing efficiency: The garlic bulb separator machine needed to handle a daily garlic processing volume of 2,500 kg.
Equipment dimensions: Due to limited processing space, a compact equipment design with a small footprint is desired.
Operating costs: The client sought low-power equipment to minimize long-term energy consumption.

Based on the client’s requirements, we recommended the TZ-400 garlic separator machine. This unit processes approximately 400kg of garlic per hour, aligning with the client’s current production scale. Additionally, it features a compact design, with dimensions of just 720*730*1150 mm.

Machine production and customer confirmation

After confirming the order details, our factory started producing the garlic bulb separator. Once the machine was completed, we took photos of the finished equipment and sent them to the Bulgarian customer for confirmation.

After checking the machine details and confirming satisfaction, the customer approved the shipment, and we arranged the export packaging and delivery.
