In this project, a TZ-1000 onion skin remover machine was successfully exported to Hungary. This onion peeling machine is primarily used for the automated peeling of onions, helping our customer improve processing efficiency and reduce labour costs.

Customer background

The Hungarian client is a food processing company specializing in the initial processing and bulk supply of vegetables. They primarily supply peeled and washed onions to restaurant chains.

With increasing order volumes, the manual peeling method could no longer meet production capacity requirements. Therefore, the customer wanted to introduce a high-efficiency, stable, and durable onion skin remover machine.

Core requirements

During the consultation process, the client focused on the following key points:

The onion skin remover machine’s production capacity must meet the target output (1000 kg/h).
The onion peeler must be compatible with the local 400V/50Hz three-phase power supply.
Components that come into direct contact with onions must meet food processing hygiene requirements.
The onion peeling machine should be easy to operate and maintain, and suitable for long-term use.
